Becoming a Customer Service Agent with French at Capita:
As a Customer Service Agent with French at Capita you will be joining a team of dedicated individuals supporting our clients. You will be providing excellent levels of customer care and satisfaction by successfully handling a variety of unique phone and email enquiries. At the same time, we remain dedicated to promoting other products and exclusive offers in line with customer needs and as part of our client commitment.
Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doing:
- Supporting customers through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
- Analysing and solving customer queries
- Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
- Making changes to the system
- Forwarding faults or calls to other departments
- Upselling and promoting products
Skills you need to succeed:
- French at C1 level or above
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts: 5 days a week, 40 hours (8am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)
