About the Role

We are seeking a Benefits Administration Delivery Specialist to join our team at Alight. As a key member of our global benefits administration team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer benefits for clients' employees in the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate processing of benefits data.
  • Resolve cases and enter benefits data into our system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve requests related to projects or escalated employee issues, providing proactive and effective support.
  • Design and implement processes to support international benefits solutions, aligning with our global strategy and enhancing client value creation.
  • Contribute to process design and technology capabilities, ensuring optimal process support from a benefits perspective.
  • Configure our system for project-based work, adhering to client requirements.
  • PARTICIPATE IN PROJECTS USING STANDARD PROJECT MANAGEMENT DISCIPLINES.
  • Work closely with Alight colleagues, third-party providers, and client contacts to ensure seamless process delivery for clients' employees.
  • Develop reports using various data extraction tools to meet client plan rules and resolve issues.
  • Create benefits systems for new client projects based on complete plan rules.
  • Analyze benefits systems to identify gaps in functionality compared to client plan rules, determining the root cause of issues.
  • Demonstrate quality assurance fundamentals by executing test plans, ensuring client plan rules meet systematic specifications.
  • Provide innovative solutions to continuously improve and optimize client delivery.
  • Participate in system testing during Internal Acceptance Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing.

    Requirements:

    • English Language – C1 Level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent)
    • Dutch Language - B2 level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent)
    • At least 1 year of experience in Benefits Administration area
    • Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to details
    • Good understanding of delivering an outstanding customer experience
    • High-level exposure in fast-paced environment
    • Great Time management skills
    • Experience in MS Office is a must
    • Working experience in Benify system and ServiceNow would be an asset
    • High level of self-motivation and proactivity is required
    • Spotless record and strong ethos

      Compensation and Benefits:

      We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including private medical care, work-from-home allowance, life insurance, and access to a comprehensive benefit platform.
