Job Title: Enterprise Risk and Compliance Specialist

Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our Risk Management function. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us strengthen our control landscape and support the establishment of new core processes designed to evaluate and manage risks associated with external business relationships.

About the Role:

  • Operate and execute KYC relevant processes, including customer screening, following a defined process and utilizing dedicated tooling.
  • Work closely with members of the broader organization, including Risk & Compliance, Product Sales, and other business functions, to ensure smooth process delivery and timely escalation.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the enterprise-wide Know Your Customer (KYC) program and associated projects.
  • Support third-party risk management activities, such as third-party screening.
  • Identify and escalate materially relevant issues, identified as part of your day-to-day duty.

About You:

  • You have a natural curiosity and are eager to learn and grow, with a strong ability to adapt to ambiguity.
  • You possess a deep understanding of compliance, sales processes, customer screening, and KYC processes.
  • You communicate fluently in English and effectively in other languages, and have a track record of successful collaboration with diverse teams.
  • You have more than 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Risk Management is your forte, and you are comfortable working with GRC tooling and processes.
  • You have experience with sales, sourcing, procurement, contract management, and relevant processes in a global entity.
