Key Account Management
Creatio is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead our customer success efforts. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving growth, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing customer portfolios effectively through regular meetings and collaboration with integrator partners.
  • Collecting feedback from customers on the Creatio system and partner implementation project solutions.
  • Building trusted relationships with key partners and their customers.
  • Driving customer retention and renewals through strong relationship building.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, Product, Support, and Sales.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with global SMB or Corporate segment customers.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience in implementing and customizing corporate software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP/Core systems.
  • Problem-solving and objection-handling experience.
  • Conducting trainings and presentations.
  • Understanding business needs and translating them into requirements.
  • Project management experience with full-cycle corporate projects.
