Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Governance Specialist to support strategic/complex Project/Program Managers in tracking statuses of program deliverables and milestones, controlling and reporting on progress. The ideal candidate will ensure deliverables and documentation related to organizational framework are in place, output project status and other regular or on-demand reports, implement, coordinate, and improve project Governance arrangements and communication.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a multinational environment using a foreign language daily, proven track of E2E participation in more complex projects/programs or portfolio management office experience, and strong analytical mindset with a focus on attention to detail.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic/complex Project/Program Managers in tracking statuses of program deliverables and milestones, controlling and reporting on progress.
  • Ensure deliverables and documentation related to organizational framework are in place.
  • Output project status and other regular or on-demand reports.
  • Implement, coordinate, and improve project Governance arrangements and communication.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the field of PMO (preferred in IT-related environments).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience working in a complex, global environment as a PMO across multiple projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in working with Agile or Waterfall methodology.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on attention to detail.

Benefits:
