Job Summary:

The Quality Systems and Complaint Representative will be part of Huntsman Polyurethanes (PU) EAME Supply Chain Team, responsible for maintaining and improving management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, as well as customer-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute internal management system audit plans at Krakow and other sites, documenting and following up on any findings in the management review.
  2. Maintain and update management system documents accurately and timely for the PU Business, adhering to current ISO 9001/IATF 16949 requirements and publishing them on internal channels.
  3. Support Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager with external audits in Rotterdam and Tienen locations.
  4. Collaborate with the Regional EMEA Quality Manager to assist in implementing Polyurethanes Quality initiatives.
  5. Coordinate, follow-up, and store responses to customer quality surveys and questionnaires.
  6. Address Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) of customer complaints with internal and external parties, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions in close collaboration with logistics and customer service operations, ensuring timely follow-up and closure by all parties.
  7. Provide, collect, and analyze complaint data for tactical meetings with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), leading to improved Supply Chain performance.
  8. Keep records of Supplier evaluations provided by Customers and define action plans where necessary.
  9. Prepare periodic customer complaint reports, highlighting trends, and distribute them to and review with relevant internal functions.
  10. Prepare training materials linked to Quality Management and provide training on the C4C complaint module to new Customer Service representatives or complaint investigators.
  11. Collaborate with Purchasing Operations by coordinating and validating 3rd Party self-assessment audit reports and agreeing on action plans with Purchasing Lead Buyers for improvement where needed.
  12. Maintain Quality Systems documentation and reporting in the appropriate systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Vocational or bachelor's level in business administration, logistics, or a comparable field.
  2. Knowledge of Management System Standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
  3. Preference for experience in Supply Chain processes (Customer Service and Logistics).
  4. Experience with Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) methodology in complaint handling.
  5. Communication and influencing skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
  6. Knowledge of relevant IT systems (strong preference for SAP and Complaint Handling systems).
  7. Process Improvement Mindset.
  8. Analytical thinking.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
  2. Occasional travel to Tienen, Belgium, and Rotterdam, Netherlands for audits or training purposes.
