Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our Northern Cluster Technical Team at Kara, part of Finsbury Food Group. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products, while also supporting the Technical Department in managing internal audits and data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the site internal audit programme, ensuring all required documentation is completed on time and maintaining traceability throughout the project.
  • Develop and maintain effective data management systems to ensure technical and operational integrity.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate information for internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Technical Manager and team with compliance to customer, BRC, and legislative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate level with qualifications in Food Science, Technology/Nutrition, or relevant experience.
  • Aware of legislation changes and previous experience with food processing/manufacture.
  • Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure.
