At Finsbury Food Group, we have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join our Northern Cluster Technical Team based at Kara. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing internal audits, ensuring reports and data sets meet our site strategy, statutory obligations, customer requirements, and company policies related to food safety and due diligence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the site internal audit programme, including scheduling, issuing, reviewing, and closing internal audits on SHE.
  • Ensuring all required internal and external documentation is completed on time and maintaining traceability throughout the project.
  • Maintaining and developing artwork and packaging, ensuring they are aligned with agreed pack copy, legal, and company requirements, and ingredient specifications.
  • Reporting and following up on any non-compliance issues.
  • Having an awareness of the site HACCP system, highlighting any issues in complying with agreed specification standards of the customer.
  • Completing, reviewing, and closing off site customer complaints on QADEX and customer portals, based on relevant root cause analysis and corrective actions.
