As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in building relationships with current and future customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify potential customers and their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and develop a deep understanding of their businesses and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research to identify potential customers and their needs
  • Engaging with customers through multiple channels
  • Providing demonstrations and presentations to introduce solutions
  • Scheduling meetings with sales executives and consultants
  • Collaborating with assigned sales executives and consultants to ensure understanding of strategy and goals
  • Meeting monthly measurements and quotas
  • Managing meetings and opportunities in our customer relationship management system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience and B2B sales experience
  • English language skills, minimum C1 level
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients over the phone
  • Openness to self-improvement and appreciation for training opportunities
  • Knowledge of competitor vertical and industry trends
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
