We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst, Performance and Quality to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Data, Insights, and Experiences team, you will play a pivotal role in analysing game performance and quality assurance data to drive insights that enhance the quality of our games.
Daily Responsibilities
- Analyse game technical performance data to identify performance bottlenecks and optimise resource utilisation in game, resulting in an enhanced player experience.
- Evaluate quality assurance data to uncover trends, predict potential issues, and contribute to ongoing improvement of our testing processes and pipelines.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to forecast technical performance metrics, including their interplay with player hardware specification and in-game behaviours.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain impactful, user-focused dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data insights, enabling decision-making for diverse stakeholders.
- Actively participate in defining technical performance telemetry to ensure the best coverage of the QA and development teams' needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically with game technical performance and quality assurance data, or appropriate equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in machine learning and strong statistical skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and blockers independently within defined boundaries, ensuring smooth progress on assigned tasks.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Looker BI, or any other industry-grade BI tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English.
