We offer an attractive compensation package, with an estimated annual salary range of $100,000-$140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Pricing Data Analyst Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Growing and leading a team of analysts, providing feedback and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Communicating technical concepts effectively to both internal stakeholders and external business decision-makers.
  • Supporting the development of an innovation culture within the organization, promoting creativity and best practices.
  • Assigning work tasks based on team members' strengths and talents, ensuring balanced workloads and maximizing productivity.
  • Helping staff understand their roles and contributions to the team's and organizational strategy.
  • Taking ownership of business processes and recommending improvements in data management, quality control, process automation, or analytic techniques.
  • Creating, modifying, and executing computer programs to extract, transform, and summarize data, informing analyses and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in analysis and/or data management, with a strong background in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred).
  • Mentoring and overseeing junior colleagues, ensuring they receive adequate training and support.
  • Experience working with large datasets (>100,000 rows) and mixed-quality data.
  • A detail-oriented approach, with strong logical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
