", Job Description
", As a Senior Data Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and verifying data from different sources to ensure its reliability and suitability for use.
", You will also learn about source systems, data models, and standards, understand data needs from model development and monitoring teams, resolve data quality issues, and collaborate with project teams on new data assets.
", Your key responsibilities will include building ETL pipelines to make data available on GRADE, contributing to designing plans for future data, application, and business processes, preparing clear and impactful materials for sharing with stakeholders at all levels, managing relationships with key teams effectively, and working with management to prioritize business and data needs.

", Required Skills and Qualifications
", To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related numerate subject, preferably a Master's degree.
", You should also have strong theoretical and practical knowledge of programming tools, with proficiency in at least one of the following: SAS, Python, Py Spark, SQL, or Hadoop Big Data.
", Additionally, you should have experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and specification, ability to understand complex data architecture, excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, and ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
", Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Monday.com is also required.
