Job Description:

DXC Technology, a leading provider of IT services, is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to join their team in Poland.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing Workday integration solutions, with a focus on complex Workday engagements.

Responsibilities will include designing, building, and testing Workday system integration solutions, supporting project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases, and coordinating assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client timelines are met.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of Workday solution architecture and have experience with data migration, API integration, and data conversion tools.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from implementation to ongoing operational support, and will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and test Workday system integration solutions
  • Support project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases
  • Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules
  • Provide guidance to clients or service partners on in- and out-bound integrations

Requirements:

  • Workday Integration certification
  • Workday CCTPP certification
  • Practical experience in Workday environment: implementation or AMS type projects in HCM related domains
  • Experience in System Integration solutions, both custom and product specific interfaces
  • Experience in programming, web services, APIs and database technologies
  • Problem solving and analytics skills to help clients build and resolve integration issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders
