Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand our partner network.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and negotiate agreements with key partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partner programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partner engagement.
  • Represent G2A.COM at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our brand.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in business development and partnership management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a minimum B2 level.
