About the RoleThis Senior Associate role involves collaborating with an experienced People Business Partner to align people initiatives with organizational objectives. You will provide expertise to colleagues in various HR matters, working closely with the HRBP team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and drive high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with Talent & Development and Compensation teams on annual performance and compensation cycles.
- Work on Engagement survey results and support Regional HR Business Partner, leaders, and managers in developing action plans.
- Provide and develop HR and people analytics and reports.
- Foster a culture that embodies diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety through fair and consistent management practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Specialist in an international environment.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level in both speaking and writing.
- Higher education, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Polish Labour Code.
- Ability to work independently and be flexible in a fast-changing environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a high volume of data.
- Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
