We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accounting Specialist to join our team at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with Group and local policies and procedures, and providing expert analysis and explanation to Operating Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial reporting processes in line with Group and local policies and procedures
  • Provide expert analysis and explanation to Operating Companies
  • Ensure compliance with Group and local policies and procedures
  • Manage effective and rigorous controls to ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and Global & Local Accounting standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting; Accounting Qualification recommended
  • Experience in BS/P&L variance analysis
  • Experience in audit delivery and coordination
  • Experience in annual statutory financial statements according to IFRS or local GAAP
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to focus on quality
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Very good written and verbal English
