Requirements:
  • 5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer/Developer and at least 2 years of experience as a Leader/Manager.
  • Good understanding of the software delivery life cycle.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, balancing needs on both sides.
  • Excellent communication and explanation skills in 1:1 communication, within a team, and across teams.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make swift decisions in dynamic situations.
  • Ability to learn from mistakes and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent planning skills, with the ability to manage activities to achieve specific goals.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1+).
  • Strong ability to motivate the team and take initiative to improve processes.
  • Experience in working closely with clients and building strong relationships.
