Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication within the organization.
  2. Work directly with senior management members to support their daily work routine.
  3. Exercise discretion in committing the executives' time and evaluating needs.
  4. Prepare materials on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, such as meeting handouts and agendas.

Requirements

  • 5 years of proven executive administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, able to act under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills including writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
