We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication within the organization.
- Work directly with senior management members to support their daily work routine.
- Exercise discretion in committing the executives' time and evaluating needs.
- Prepare materials on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, such as meeting handouts and agendas.
Requirements
- 5 years of proven executive administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, able to act under pressure.
- Strong communication skills including writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
