Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Holisticon Connect, a leading software development company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end AI solutions, including data pre-processing, data analysis, model building, and deployment in cloud environments.
  • Design and build data management systems that meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and expand scripts for database maintenance, deployment, and ETL operations.
  • Manage cloud services, primarily AWS and Azure, and other storage systems relevant to data and AI solutions.
  • Oversee data performance and make infrastructure changes to improve existing processes and models.
  • Collaborate with data architects, cloud architects, developers, and other IT professionals on project goals.
  • Help develop and document a list of features, user stories, and roadmaps that align with the overall product vision.
  • Gather and analyze product feedback from stakeholders using data analysis, surveys, concept testing, analytical tools, and A/B testing.
  • Effectively present complex concepts to non-technical people.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends related to data science, data engineering, and AI.
  • Engage in academic and research projects that are relevant to the perspective of the entire Enterprise AI organization.
  • Support the idea generation process during various creative sessions, using your technical and entrepreneurial experience.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities through technology-driven innovation.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities to raise the company's awareness of AI-related topics.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end development and delivery of data and AI solutions.
  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Databricks and experience using repository management tools such as Git.
  • Over 5 years of experience with cloud services: primarily AWS and/or Azure.
  • Excellent knowledge of Python, SQL, and experience in Java or Scala.
  • Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark.
  • Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning tools and methods, as well as mathematical programming techniques (e.g., linear programming with mixed integer variables).
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Located in Poland.
  • Fluent in English.
