Job DescriptionThis role involves collaborating with airlines, ground handling teams, Product Owner, UX team, and Developers to enhance Smart LOAD's capabilities and drive operational efficiency in air cargo and passenger aircraft loading.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze internal and external requirements to design solutions that meet the highest industry standards and internal roadmap.
- Work closely with stakeholders to conduct detailed business analysis of customer needs ensuring alignment with airline operational requirements.
- Collaborate with Software Developers, UX Designers, and QA teams to provide business insights and assist in test scenario creation.
- Maintain product functional documentation and define clear Acceptance Criteria.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate new features to ensure compliance with airline and regulatory standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in aviation, logistics, or software development.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of airline operations, weight & balance, or load planning.
- Familiarity with business analysis standards (e.g., UML, system use cases, business cases).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
