Key Responsibilities:- Effective management of subordinate team members;
- Representation of the Offer team in network development project preparation processes;
- Analysing market trends to optimize retail space and product placement;
- Preparation of analysis and decision-making materials to support business units;
- Management of IT projects and digital transformation initiatives;
- Visiting stores to assess display quality and product standards;
- Regular forecasting and business planning process coordination with Controlling team members;
- Collaboration with employees from other departments.
