We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager/Director ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking. What you will be doing? Strategic planning: develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth Client acquisition: lead efforts in acquiring new clients. Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients Revenue generation: meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and leading negotiations from start to finish Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, finance and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies Market analysis: stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities Skills you should have 5 years of proven track record of success in business development within the fintech sector is a must. In particular you need to bring experience from selling BaaS or lending solutions Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities Fluency in Polish and English What we offer You will get an opportunity to work in an innovative, digital bank applying state of the art approaches and technologies.
