Job Description

The role of Accountant with Hungarian involves providing financial support to the business by collecting cash, managing disputes, and facilitating monthly calls with clients.

  • Cash Collection: Responsible for collecting cash from clients and ensuring timely payments.
  • Dispute Management: Manage disputes with clients in a professional manner to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Facilitating Monthly Calls: Arrange and facilitate regular calls between the client and our team to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Balance Confirmation Project: Verify and confirm balance information with clients to ensure accuracy.
  • Customer Credit Limit Analysis: Analyze available customer credit limits and provide relevant information to the business to inform decision-making.
  • Contacting Business Partners: Communicate with business partners to expedite invoice processing and resolve any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hungarian Fluency: Ability to communicate fluently in Hungarian is essential for this role.
  • Effective Communication: Good communication skills in both spoken and written English are required to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Independence and Prioritization: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines is crucial for success in this role.
  • Accuracy with Numbers: Strong analytical skills and ability to work accurately with numbers are necessary for maintaining financial accuracy and integrity.
