Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AR Financial Accountant to join our team. As an AR Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze sales orders and billing plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and follow complex billing documentation, including reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Ensure timely collections of receivables by investigating and resolving past due payments or payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain explanations for aging receivables on the accounts and prepare weekly reports.
  • Review missed billing milestone reports and follow up on past due invoices.
  • Verify that invoices are properly sent and received by clients.
  • Closely review sales orders and assess applicable taxes for invoices.
  • Collaborate with clients to improve customer invoicing and payment cycles.
  • Perform ad hoc duties to support business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in AR process.
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Very good knowledge of English language.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of SAP and Excel.
  • Ability to enhance process and controls.
  • Excellent customer service skills and client-focused attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive teamwork approach.
  • Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and change.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
