Talkie revolutionises patient access to healthcare in the US by optimising clinic-patient communication through AI-powered voice assistants.
Our technology automates routine phone calls end-to-end, providing 24/7 care and reliability for busy practices.
Role PurposeAs a Voicebot Designer, you will improve our voice assistants and implement voice technology in the US healthcare industry.
You will collaborate closely with the AI team and have experience working in dynamically growing organisations, preferably in the healthcare field.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop bots using our proprietary tool,
- Configure automated tests for configured scenarios,
- Prepare prompts for LLMs to automate selected processes,
- Improve and train assistants and the AI model using internal tools.
- 3+ years of experience in contact center and customer service processes or project management,
- Technical knack and experience with using advanced software tools,
- Proficiency in English - this role is focused on the US market,
- Experience and interest in new technologies, prompt engineering, data analysis, business analysis, and conversation design.
