How You Will Get the Job Done
  • Safeguarding the integrity of our IAM system by managing SoD functions for all onboarded applications.
  • Providing expert guidance to line managers across the organization to resolve SoD conflicts and implement remediation measures.
  • Ensuring daily operation of the SoD Control process, comprising preventive and detective controls.
  • Analyzing daily SoD reports to identify conflicts, collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate remediation activities.
  • Working with IAM team members and application project managers to provide SoD classification guidance and perform QA activities during regular operations.
  • Handling SoD-related queries from stakeholders via various communication channels.
  • Conducting regular analysis of SoD reports and historical data to inform remediation and clean-up efforts.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to SoD info-sessions, training, self-service rollout, and facilitating stakeholder adoption of SoD functionality.
  • Adapting SoD processes and tasks in response to changes in service delivery support, transitioning to a mature operating model, audit requirements, or IRM necessities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management, including solution architecture and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (BaFin) and working with compliance frameworks for business roles.
  • Experience with IAM tools like One Identity Manager / Sailpoint in a Business Analyst or Expert role is preferred.
  • Reporting and establishing metrics in Power BI or other reporting solutions.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and multidisciplinary communication skills.
