About This Opportunity
Glovo is looking for talented individuals to join our Regional team in Poland as Territory Managers. These highly sought-after positions offer a unique chance to grow and develop within a fast-paced and innovative company.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Owning Glovo's business growth in multiple cities across a specific region of Poland, working closely with our Area Manager and central teams.
- Leading the development of winning sales, growth, and operations strategies for each city, driving their implementation and achieving outstanding results.
- Nurturing top local partnerships in each city, expanding our reach and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintaining key performance metrics for each city, monitoring progress toward defined targets, and implementing improvements where needed.
- Staying current with market and competitive developments, applying this knowledge to continually enhance our services and offerings.
- Identifying and sharing best practices and processes across regions, ensuring continuous improvement and growth within our organization.
We're Looking for:
