Coffee Solutions Poland is looking for a talented Field Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and expanding our customer base.

Your Role:

You'll be working closely with our founding team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business goals. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate agreements that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in Polish and English
