Job Overview:
The Sales Team Leader role is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members to achieve performance goals. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a group of call center associates and ensuring they meet performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of call center associates to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
- Provide coaching and motivation to team members to improve their performance.
- Identify performance-related issues and develop action plans to address them.
- Ensure customer service meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations.
- Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
- Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed.
- Conduct team meetings to facilitate communication and input.
- Experience as a Sales Team Leader or equivalent role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian/Danish/Finnish languages.
