Job Overview:

The Sales Team Leader role is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members to achieve performance goals. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a group of call center associates and ensuring they meet performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of call center associates to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
  • Provide coaching and motivation to team members to improve their performance.
  • Identify performance-related issues and develop action plans to address them.
  • Ensure customer service meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations.
  • Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed.
  • Conduct team meetings to facilitate communication and input.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience as a Sales Team Leader or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian/Danish/Finnish languages.
