About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join our diverse team of over 11,000 colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on various HR-related initiatives, projects, and communications that contribute to our People & Culture strategy.

  1. You'll be responsible for designing and producing high-quality graphics to support HR-related initiatives and projects.
  2. You'll edit and produce engaging video content for internal and external communications.
  3. You'll ensure all designs align with Revvity's brand guidelines and messaging.
  4. You'll assist in the development and execution of communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and support our People & Culture strategy.
  5. You'll explore and integrate AI tools and techniques to enhance design and communication processes.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
  • Interest or experience in AI and its applications in design.
