About the Role

In this role, you will be working closely with our team to review and analyze user reports regarding website content.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all content meets our compliance policies and procedures, and making recommendations for improvement where necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Content Review: Reviewing user reports regarding website content to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Policies and Procedures: Analyzing and identifying content according to compliance policies, and flagging discrepancies as needed.
  • User Support: Providing excellent user support by using market-specific knowledge and insights to improve the support of the user community.
  • Sensitive Content: Handling sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing subject matter, with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
  • Languages: Proficiency in Danish / Slovenian at B2 (or higher) level and English at B2 level.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, concepts, and skills, with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with ability to identify and flag discrepancies as needed.
  • Mindset: Neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification.
