Your Role at Dynatrace

  • As a Senior Product Experience Designer at Dynatrace, you will be responsible for owning the product UX end-to-end journeys for specific target audiences within our Infrastructure Observability. You will analyze and improve the experience around automatic and intelligent observability at scale for process detection and resource utilization, network usage and performance, log monitoring, third-party data, and event integration on all infrastructure, including cloud, hybrid, containers and Kubernetes, VMs, network, storage, and more.
  • You will be hands-on in visualizing, prototyping, testing, and measuring design solutions, including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups, qualitative and quantitative research.
  • You will plan and perform all needed research, collect and analyze data, define pain points, prioritize their resolution, and translate insights from both qualitative & quantitative data to inform your designs.
  • You will act as a customer advocate while partnering with product managers, product owners, experience leads, and other design practitioners to maintain consistency across design approaches for all products and establish collaboration patterns and a shared understanding of the goals.
  • You will uphold user-centered design principles and evangelize its methodologies and values to stakeholders, cross-department teams, and subject matter experts.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in designing, shipping, and iterating digital software products and systems, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • You have a good eye for visual and communications design and mastering low and high-fidelity prototypes is a must.
  • You integrate user experience and design work on the product in agile working models and closely with development.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills to help people understand the rationale behind design proposals and the complex nuances of design problems.
  • You are passionate about building, prototyping, and continually evolving digital products throughout the product life cycle.
  • You are an excellent collaborator, adapting to feedback from both users and internal stakeholders, and building stronger products as a result.
  • You are fluent in designing for the web as canvas, prototyping dev-ready interactions and interfaces inside of your favorite set of tools.
  • You keep accessibility top of mind for all your designs and can find ways to make beautiful experiences usable by everyone.

  • Salary for Senior Product Experience Designer: 16,000-24,000 PLN gross per month based on full-time employment + company stocks.
  • We offer only employment contracts, and we're considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office).
