About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Process Engineer to join our team at Radiometer. As a key member of our Distribution Center, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to reduce environmental impact, improve resource efficiency, and promote sustainable practices within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of sustainability and drive collective action towards sustainability goals.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, materials, and processes to support sustainability goals.
  • Develop engineering solutions and design systems to optimize resource utilization, minimize waste generation, and reduce environmental impact.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sustainability progress.
  • Stay abreast of relevant environmental regulations, standards, and certifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Process Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on developments in sustainability practices and technologies.
