Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Minacs. The ideal candidate will have experience in receptionist, administrative, or client support roles and be proficient in English and Polish languages.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining visitor logs, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, they will be expected to translate documents, update notice boards, and perform various ad-hoc duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting clients and visitors, and assisting them with their needs
  • Maintaining accurate visitor logs and issuing badges as necessary
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with employees and visitors
  • Translating documents and announcements for the marketing team
  • Updating notice boards with important information
  • Performing various ad-hoc duties as needed
