  • We are seeking a Credit Risk Professional with expertise in French language to join our team at Michael Page.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements and credit reports.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to gauge repayment likelihood and exposure.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit analysis reports with recommendations on limits and terms.
  • Analyze clients' financial health, focusing on liquidity, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring of client performance to detect credit risk changes.
  • Make informed credit decisions and present findings to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain credit risk reports that outline trends, risks, and mitigations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and legal teams on credit policies and strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in French, providing information and explanations related to credit.
  • Ensure compliance with established credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain robust internal controls to mitigate credit risk and safeguard assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Credit Analyst, preferably within a corporate finance or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and risk assessment principles.
  • Fluent proficiency in French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both languages.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools.
  • Attention to detail, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
