Job Title: SAP Finance Area Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Area Lead to join our team at PLES DXC TECHNOLOGY POLSKA sp. z o.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the SAP Finance team and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the SAP Finance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong relationships to ensure their needs are met.
  • Guide the team to achieve excellence in service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively support business-critical SAP systems and enhance them as per client needs, particularly within the scope of the SAP Finance module.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of all finance systems and changes, maintaining clear records for internal use and compliance.
  • Lead change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during system updates and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in SAP FI/CO modules.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within SAP Finance, a proven track record in team management or project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients.
  • Good knowledge of English, German as an asset.
  • High analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Independence and commitment to the realization of assigned tasks.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
