Job Title: Service Delivery Manager with VIM Expertise

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager with expertise in SAP VIM (OpenText Vendor Invoice Management) to join our team at emagine Consulting. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

For Supplier Relationship:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the service provider or external FTEs responsible for application maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with the defined service or FTEs contract, quality, and delivery of services provided and expected from suppliers.
  • Coordinate with operational managers to ensure the availability of necessary resources for the suppliers to deliver services in compliance with the concept of support chain and end-to-end services.
  • Ensure compliance with transition processes between the project and the run for all services.

For Delivery:

  • Define operational thresholds to be met by the supplier in line with the Group's business needs.
  • Manage, validate, and update documentation, ensuring that documentation remains company property.
  • Monthly check-ins to verify the operational implementation of the processes defined in the contracts (in coordination with supplier relationship management).
  • Implement improvement plans (in coordination with supplier management teams) to address potential issues in service delivery.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Strong experience as a Delivery Manager on the application side.
  • Knowledge of SAP VIM (OpenText Vendor Invoice Management).
  • Strong ITIL knowledge.
  • ITIL certification.

  • IBM Planning Analytics.
