Job Title: Service Integration PMO Manager

Description

As a Service Integration PMO Manager at HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O., you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and management of the Service Integration program/project portfolio. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all aspects of the program are delivered in accordance with agreed targets, within budget, and to the required quality of functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Service Integration PMO team and monitor the program/project portfolio delivery, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation actions.
  • Ensure that IT programs/IT projects align with and comply with the given goals of the IT department.
  • Prioritize the project portfolio in concert with IT program/IT project sponsors, taking into account changing functional needs, resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, and other interdependencies.
  • Organize the program/project portfolio in the most efficient way, defining principles and standards to harmonize Service Integration program/project management methodologies from internal or external service providers.
  • Ensure the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IT Service delivery or IT Service demand in the relevant area of responsibility.
  • Monitor the delivery of business objectives and customer experience for PMO services, collaborating with Business Stakeholders and Departments to analyze business demand for existing or new IT solutions.
  • Execute assigned tasks according to agreed RACI specifications, communicating status to relevant stakeholders across the business and IT.
  • Proactively drive standardization and harmonization of the Service Integration project landscape.
  • Maintain clear budget and spend information, managing assigned budget effectively and delivering activities within agreed schedules and costs.
  • Implement, maintain, and operate Service Integration portfolio governance, including reporting from all Service Integration Project Managers, acting as an escalation point and resolving disputes arising in relation to IT business-facing support and infrastructure services.
  • Ensure that investments and initiatives in IT project management services are aligned with business strategy and priorities, supporting the implementation of the IT Strategy for the relevant area of responsibility.
  • Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed, in line with both departmental goals and wider HR guidelines, guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 10 years of experience working in IT in large global corporations.
  • Proven experience as a PMO Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead small teams or projects.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in geographically dispersed teams.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to formulate complex topics in everyday language.
  • ITIL Foundation certificate required.
  • Prince, PMP (preferred).
  • L6S (preferred).
