Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Integration Project Manager to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects within the Service Integration Portfolio, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects from initiation to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects using agile and iterative project methodologies, leveraging various project management tools.
  • Drive on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, from initiation to close.
  • Facilitate internal and supplier meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Determine communication plans, develop and manage project schedules, and manage project budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations, and create project status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls, and manage project scope, identifying the need for and developing change orders.
  • Measure and report progress of the team, and manage a team of project managers.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in project methodologies, including project financials, and management principles.
  • Broad understanding of the ServiceNow domains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate internal and supplier meetings.
  • Strong relationship, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, and able to assess and mitigate risk.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, and comfortable working in a matrixed organization.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change, and comfortable working with remote team members across multiple time zones.
