Global Master Data Team Lead

At Swarovski, we're seeking a talented Team Manager Global Master Data to join our Global Business Services (GBS) hub in Gdansk, Poland. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the Global Master Data team members, acting as an escalation point for incidents and requests, and ensuring defined service levels are met. You'll also be responsible for meeting performance targets, keeping the team motivated and focused on the plan, and supervising support team members to ensure continuous knowledge building.

About You
We're looking for a motivated talent with a proven track record of delivery within a similar role. You'll need to be able to communicate, explain, and socialize procedures and solution proposals with country key users, manage high-volume transactional ticket-flow type processes, and focus on client and client experience. You'll also need to be able to direct and supervise, have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and be able to analyze complex problems and make decisions in a timely manner.
