About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Master Data Team Lead to join our team at Swarovski. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who are responsible for managing global master data.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Master Data team members
  • Act as escalation point for incidents and requests, ensuring defined service level is reached
  • Meet performance targets
  • Keep the team motivated and focused on the plan
  • Supervise support team members, ensuring continuous knowledge building in the team

About You

We are looking for a motivated talent who brings along the following background:

  • Experience in managing global master data teams
  • Proven track record of delivery within a similar role
  • Ability to communicate, explain, and socialize procedures, solution proposals with country key users
  • Ability to manage high-volume transactional ticket-flow type processes
  • Focus on client and client experience
  • Ability to direct and supervise
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analyze complex problems and make decisions in a timely manner
  • Fluency in English in speaking and writing
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset and process orientation
