Job Overview

This role involves overseeing and managing both local and cloud-based server environments, administering mail systems and Active Directory services. You will also provide support to other departments and contribute to the development of IT infrastructure, fostering a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Manage server environments based on local Windows operating systems and cloud-based systems (GCP and Azure), including installation and configuration of systems and applications.
  • Update and monitor maintained systems, ensuring their continuity and security.
  • Administer the organization's mailing systems, resolve issues related to mail delivery, and monitor mail security systems.
  • Manage identities and permissions using Active Directory and EntraID services.
  • Support services and applications within the M365 package (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, etc.).
  • Collaborate with other departments in their duties.
  • Contribute to the development of IT infrastructure and create technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or related field.
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish and English (min. B2).
  • Higher education in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and newer.
  • Experience in administering Active Directory.
  • Ability to manage services (DNS, DHCP, DFS, NPS, IIS, RDP, etc.).
  • Experience in administering Microsoft Exchange in a hybrid configuration.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform services.
  • Experience in managing cloud infrastructure, especially in environments such as GCP and Azure.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management issues, especially integration with AD and Azure AD.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
