Structure Finance Back Office Servicing Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Structure Finance Back Office Servicing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our back office team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Structured Finance deals and handling loan servicing activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and validate loan participations, including new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay-downs, and commitment reductions.
  • Manage daily transfers of loan proceeds and receipt of funds, ensuring accurate matching of incoming cash.
  • Process and validate interest and fee billing for direct and agented loans, sending pro-rata shares to participants.
  • Review reconciliations of positions, discrepancies in interest and fee payments, and manage cash breaks and internal funding reconciliation.
  • Ensure good data quality on your portfolio and review system-generated reports to monitor facilities, investigating past due items, suspense, receivables, and expiring SBLC.
  • Document process requirements, obtain sign-off from stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and escalate errors and incidents.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Finance.
  • Fluency in English, with French or other European languages a plus.
  • Strong understanding of syndicated and bilateral financing, loan life cycle, and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Logical and structured approach to planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Ability to manage workload and deliverables, with a strong customer service ethos.
