We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at TENNECO in Rybnik.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Lead the Quality Management System team and ensure its effective functioning and development.
  • Prepare input data for management reviews and document the review process.
  • Introduce quality system requirements to all organizational units and ensure their understanding.
  • Utilize statistical methods to control and improve processes.
  • Ensure process supervision and capability, including production and business processes.
  • Manage the complaint process, cost recovery from suppliers, and supplier development.
  • Supervise the metrology laboratory and ensure its effective operation.
  • Plan, organize, maintain, and improve the quality system across all units.
  • Take corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner and verify their effectiveness.
  • Plan quality for new projects, PPAP, and Safe-Launch.
  • Ensure customer requirements awareness throughout the organization.
  • Represent the company in quality matters during external contacts.
  • Prepare internal audit plans, participate in audits, and supervise the removal of nonconformities.
  • Supervise and organize work within the subordinate team.
  • Grant approval for deviations and organize training on quality and tools.
  • Act as the Product Safety and Compliance Representative.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial positions.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and specific customer requirements.
  • Ability to manage teams and communicate with different management levels.
  • Practical knowledge of quality tools and the ability to transfer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of applications: SAP, Minitab.
  • Very good command of English.
