ROLE SUMMARY

As a Senior Channel Manager at Coty, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the world's largest beauty companies, with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Owning responsibility for delivering results in line with company targets and owning the P&L of assigned customers to improve gross-to-net results.
  • Leading annual negotiations with dedicated customers, including yearly business plans and strategic planning to improve customer results.
  • Implementing strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers and anticipating customer changes and improvements.
  • Analyzing customer data to provide better results and effectively collaborating with multifunctional teams, including Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain departments.
  • Managing and developing a dedicated team to achieve business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Marketing.
  • 3 years of professional experience in people management.
  • Highly developed negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
  • Well-developed independence and ability to make decisions.
  • Proactivity and self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player and business driver attitude.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
