As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, social media, and mailing, to drive user engagement and conversions. You will analyze campaign results, identify trends and anomalies, and deliver optimization recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Compare campaign results to specified KPIs, identifying trends and anomalies
  • Deliver optimization recommendations based on data analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement real-time campaign optimizations
  • Use advanced metrics, such as attribution models, experiments, and marketing mix modeling (MMM), to plan and form a media strategy
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of media campaigns and understand the interactions of various channels
  • Analyze the impact of marketing actions on key business metrics, including user engagement, conversion rates, and retention
  • Prepare detailed reports of campaign results, including key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement
  • Create and manage dashboards providing ongoing visibility of campaign results
  • Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio, and others, to draw valuable conclusions

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing analysis
  • Expertise in working with advanced analytic tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Data Studio, and GTM
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge metric tools, such as marketing mix modeling and attribution reports
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics for every stage of the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, and ability to optimize them based on KPIs
  • Experience in configuring and implementing analytic tools
  • Fluency in spoken and written English at least at the B2 level
  • Ability to work with and interpret data to turn it into actionable conclusions and recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to react quickly to issues and find effective solutions based on data
  • Effective communication skills to present complex information and conclusions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive approach to initiating actions and suggesting optimizations before issues become visible
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple parallel projects
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic market conditions and rapidly shifting priorities
