Join our team of innovators and take on the role of Proxy Product Owner in our agile and international software development projects. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner on customer side to create and communicate the product vision, ensuring everyone is aligned with the project goals and objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of prioritizing tasks and organizing and moderating customer workshops to gather requirements and feedback effectively.
  • Translate customer requirements into prioritized backlog items, such as epics and user stories, to guide the development process.
  • Develop customized solutions and support their implementation in agile projects, including Scrum, to deliver value to our customers.
  • Manage the product backlog effectively to ensure that the Scrum team remains focused on delivering value and achieving project success.
  • Stay informed about technological trends and develop innovative ideas and new business models to address customer needs proactively.
  • Provide support to project managers in budgeting and forecasting by offering insights into resource requirements and project dependencies.

Requirements:
  • University degrees in computer science, business administration, or a comparable mix of knowledge/experience.
  • T-shaped skills, with a mix of technical and business expertise.
  • Agile mindset, Scrum/Kanban, and intrapreneurship experience.
  • High tolerance for change and everyday project ambiguities.
  • Readiness to learn frequently and work with many dependencies.
