Expert Financial Strategist

Our client is a rapidly expanding company in the renewable energy sector with a strong presence in Poland. Their Warsaw office, located in the Wyścigi district, provides a dynamic work environment where the team collaborates on-site three days a week. They are committed to driving sustainable energy solutions and delivering impactful projects across international markets.

• We are seeking an experienced Treasury Expert to coordinate our Group's Cash Pooling Project, including supporting the KYC process.

1. Provide ongoing assistance to the Head of Treasury and Finance Director on treasury matters, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
2. Collaborate with project development, treasury, and other departments to identify future banking needs and recommend optimal financing solutions.
3. Assist in obtaining bank guarantees and Parent Company Guarantees, acting as a bridge between the project development team, legal, and treasury teams at HQ.
4. Monitor compliance with external financing requirements, such as covenants and conditions precedent, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
5. Aid in negotiations with financial institutions, tracking and optimizing fees and charges to maximize value for the company.

• Must have Higher Education in Finance or a related field.
• Experience in Corporate Finance, Bank Relationship Management, or Treasury is essential.
• A background in Cash Pooling is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
• Exceptional accuracy and strong attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders is necessary.
• Excellent analytical skills, high motivation, and dedication are required to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous banking experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
