About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from selecting and contracting suppliers to negotiating prices and ensuring timely deliveries.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Responsibility for the entire procurement CAPEX process, including selecting and contracting suppliers for technical components, machinery, and infrastructure needs.
  • Selection of new suppliers ensuring cost, quality, and delivery reliability.
  • Conducting negotiations, managing supplier relationships, and monitoring their performance.
  • Responsibility for planning and coordinating procurement activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases, prices, and resolving any issues with suppliers and deliveries.
  • Control and optimize costs within the procurement process.
  • Creating reports on purchasing activities and results and analyzing industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education (Engineer title is a must).
  • Experience in similar projects and in purchasing goods and technical services.
  • Fluent in both English and Polish.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivation to work, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingsness to travel on business.
