About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Support Agent in Gorzow Wielkopolski. In this role, you will be responsible for controlling courier work, preparing reports for the department, accepting orders and forwarding them to couriers for execution, monitoring the timely completion of orders, providing document return service support, entering data into the system, and assisting clients at the branch office.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a secondary education, basic computer skills (MS Office), ability to type quickly on a computer, basic knowledge of English (A1/A2), attention to detail, integrity, and reliability in performing tasks, stress resistance, and preferably experience in the transportation industry and experience in preparing cash register reports.
